Job Description Being responsible for full functionality cycle, service quality and continuity within Floor Area; Organised and provide subordinates’ training, retraining, requalification and development; Be the first contact point and information source for Game Presenters and Shufflers regarding daily duties; Ensure high quality of game presentation by observing staff performance and providing regular feedback; Plan, monitor, measure, appraise and review subordinates’ performance and its quality; Implement and participate in continuous improvement processes for the function; Work in a team, which operates 24/7.
