Follow up on post-onboarding metrics to address any risks or concerns. - Assist in preparing business review documents and account analyses to support the larger Customer Success team. - Conduct onboarding calls for clients as needed, ensuring clarity around expectations and processes. - Monitor client communications across Slack, the Design Pickle Platform, and email to identify satisfaction issues or potential expansion opportunities. - Review client production data to uncover growth opportunities and escalate findings to the Customer Success team. - Update CRM systems such as Hub Spot with relevant client interactions, red flags, and opportunities for growth. - Document client feedback and suggestions to help improve product and service offerings. The Profile Specific to your role, we’re looking for individuals who have… - 1+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or creative environment. - Experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred) and collaboration platforms like Slack. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. - A proactive attitude toward identifying churn risks and expansion opportunities. - A basic understanding of client success metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer retention. - An eagerness to learn new tools and technology quickly. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of the importance of documenting everything.
