About the role: leads one or multiple food and beverage service shifts for our guests and clients in an environment aligned with the establishment's concept, guiding them through the concept and products, always aiming to satisfy our guests, clients, and team members by creating epic experiences and a work environment marked by fs. what you will do: - control service; food delivery, communication, delivery times, special requests, arrivals, and departures. - recognize the needs of our guests, clients, and team members to anticipate client needs and resolve issues. - have full knowledge and train the team on food and beverage menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, preparation times, etc., according to the establishment's concept. - organize, assist, and implement training sessions conducted by fs. requirements: - student or professional in hospitality, tourism, or related fields (desirable). - intermediate level of english. - minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in high-quality hotels or restaurants. - experience managing resources and staff. - knowledge of service protocols, desirable in high-end etiquette standards. - knowledge of kitchen ranges and passes – ability to control times, claim pending dishes and drinks for timely service. - knowledge in cocktail preparation to assist during peak demand. - advanced knowledge of pos systems and management tools. - inventory management and replenishment – ability to identify shortages and ensure product availability. we offer: - competitive salary. - indefinite-term contract...
