OPERATIONS MANAGER/ CLEANING BUSINESS SPANISH BILINGUAL - QN-500

As the scheduling & client coordinator, you will play a key role in our daily operations. you’ll be the first point of contact for many customers and cleaners, making sure jobs are scheduled efficiently and communications flow clearly and promptly. this role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and great at multitasking. because you’ll be handling diverse clients and staff, being a bilingual speaker (english and spanish preferred) is required to ensure smooth and clear communication. key responsibilities - coordinate and manage client schedules daily, making adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or last-minute bookings. - handle incoming sales calls and service inquiries, guiding potential clients through our offerings and booking their services. - act as the main point of contact between clients and cleaners, relaying messages, updates, or any specific instructions with professionalism and clarity. - communicate effectively in both english and spanish to support diverse clients and team members. - monitor and manage the company’s email inbox, responding promptly to inquiries, reschedule requests, and follow-ups. - schedule and update cleanings in our crm software, ensuring every detail is accurate, from address to special instructions. - follow up on leads or recurring clients to maximize retention and satisfaction. - assist in problem-solving and client issue resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - track cleaner availability, time-off requests, and route optimization, to maximize efficiency and reduce travel time. job type: full...
