Job summary We're seeking retreat facilitators to partner with our exclusive beachfront resort in Colombia. This collaborative opportunity combines your expertise with our world-class venue to create transformational experiences that participants will treasure forever. This is a partnership, not employment. We provide the infrastructure, you bring the transformation. We are looking to rent out the entire resort with all-inclusive meals for retreats or YTT. Qualifications - Proven experience in transformational modalities (coaching, yoga, healing, wellness) - A well-defined retreat concept - Commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences Responsibilities - A supportive environment to facilitate meaningful experiences. - Dedicated on-site team for logistics and guest services, all travel support - Marketing support through our established social media channels and website - Professional retreat flyer - Optional professional photography and videography services - Pre-retreat consultation and planning assistance Skills - Private beachfront resort with stunning ocean views - Hand-crafted eco-bungalows for accommodation. We have four-doubles and four single rooms, 12 double beds total. Plus facilitator accommodations. - Access to secluded beaches and immersive jungle experiences. - Guided tours through the jungle and coast line to secluded beaches, waterfalls, natural pools, fruit foraging, and there is also snorkeling, free diving, and scuba available - A masterful chef that crafts vibrant dishes from the jungle and sea. Fresh tropical fruits, aromatic herbs, and rare spices enhance hand-harvested vegetables, indigenous grains, and seafood. - Flexitarian, pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, & GF available on request. - Cooking classes available in English and Spanish. - Coconut arts and crafts workshop available in Spanish.
