Position Overview You will be the Sr Associate, Data Operations of the Product - Core Data team, responsible for day-to-day management of data in our Snowflake based Audience data warehouse and ensure its integrity, scalability, and efficiency in collaboration with the data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data operations, with specific expertise in Snowflake and cloud-based data warehousing technologies along with proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools. The right candidate is an exceptionally self-motivated problem-solver with a positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team. You have excellent communication, project management, and business analysis skills and have strong experience working with data warehouses and data operations. You approach situations with a win-win stance and you are a great critical thinker. You feel empowered through passion and commitment to deliver products with your finest craftmanship. Required Skills and Experience Prior experience in a data operations or data engineering roles with experience working in a cloud-based data warehouse environment (Snowflake preferred) Understanding of data warehouses and operations including user management and experience in implementing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and performance tuning. Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools Proven track record of working with Engineering/Scrum teams to deliver on operations needs Experience working with data onboarding (LiveRamp preferred) and 1PD Strong understanding of the product development life cycle and product management processes Self-driven, motivated, and purpose-led individual Great understanding of Agile methodology. Excellent verbal and written communication. Prior project management experience is preferred. Responsibilities Be a part of our larger Audience Product team and contribute to the core platform for our organization Work alongside the data engineering team to provide product direction and prioritization for the management and maintenance of our audience data infrastructure, including data pipelines, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Work with data engineering to manage Snowflake environments, including user access and data structure Receive data deliveries from vendors or other external parties, ensure all requirements are available, then provide direction to cross functional teams to load data to appropriate end destinations Maintain comprehensive documentation of data infrastructure and processes Manage onboarding of 1PD via Liveramp or other data onboarders #J-18808-Ljbffr
