Lead Data Scientist We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead our team in designing, collecting, and curating high-quality datasets for large language models. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality and performance of our language models by creating training data that is diverse, balanced, scalable, and aligned with our product goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop cutting-edge solutions to industry problems for top-tier clients. - Design technical solutions to complex projects, ensuring the quality of the approach and technology used. - Manage technical projects from initiation to completion, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. - Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans to address unforeseen obstacles and maintain project momentum. - Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively. - Foster clear and transparent communication channels with stakeholders, team members, and senior management to provide updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges. Required Qualifications: - Masters degree in computer science, engineering, physics, data science, operations research, or related field. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data science, IT, and/or other relevant engineering domains. - 1+ year of successful project management experience in leading and managing engineering teams in a technology-driven company. - Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision; or mathematical optimization. - Experience with large language models and generative AI techniques such as fine-tuning, pruning, RAG systems, transfer learning etc. - Excellent command of Python, Docker, and Git. - Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and best practices. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams effectively. - Fluent Spanish speaking. #J-18808-Ljbffr Required Skill Profession Desarrollo De Software
