We’re Hiring: Internal and External Communications Analyst We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Internal and External Communications Analyst to join our team. This role is key in the planning, execution, and evaluation of internal and external communication strategies that strengthen organizational culture, promote alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values, and consolidate the corporate image and reputation with both internal and external audiences. Requirements: - Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. - Proficiency in English (C1 level). - 2–3 years of experience in internal communications or related roles within organizations, including communication project management, content development, and organizational change management. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. - Knowledge of crisis communication management. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement internal communication plans aligned with organizational objectives. - Ensure internal messages consistently reflect the company’s mission, vision, and corporate values. - Create, edit, and distribute content across channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails, and digital displays. - Maintain an internal narrative that fosters cohesion, engagement, and a positive culture. - Communicate organizational changes clearly and effectively to ensure understanding and acceptance. - Participate in the planning and execution of external communication strategies that reinforce corporate positioning. - Coordinate and maintain relationships with media outlets, strategic partners, and stakeholders. - Develop and oversee content for newsletters, press releases, campaigns, and external events, ensuring consistency with brand identity. - Monitor and evaluate the impact of external communication efforts on the company’s reputation. - Measure the effectiveness of internal strategies through surveys, feedback analysis, and metrics. - Manage and monitor corporate social media accounts, ensuring message consistency, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
