Location: Salvatech - Colombia Remote Environment: Colombian and International Teams Language: English Advanced Industry: Marketing Full-time / Monday to Friday/ 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST /Remote About the Role: The Content & Social Media Manager creates and manages engaging content across various social media platforms to drive brand awareness and audience engagement. This role involves developing original content that aligns with the brands voice and marketing objectives, including graphics, videos, and copy. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with robust design and writing skills, capable of producing high-quality content that resonates with the target audience. They will monitor content performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach. Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies. Monitor the way the community manager responds to audience interactions. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies. Collaborate with other departments for cohesive campaigns. Stay updated on social media trends and tools. Build and maintain relationships with customers. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms. Plan and manage the social media content calendar with the community manager. Collaborate with influencers to expand reach (if relevant). Handle crisis management and respond to potential PR issues on social media. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or related role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies. Experience in customer engagement or customer service. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Zoho Social, SocialStudio, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Business Manager). Social media strategy development. Content creation and curation. Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics. Community engagement and management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Graphic design and video editing ( e.g.,Capcut, Canva). Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Trend analysis and tool proficiency. Project and content calendar management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience with video content creation and editing.
