We are looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) assistant to support our data gathering and outreach efforts. Responsibilities: Research and gather property data, including ownership details and accurate contact information Maintain and update records in Excel spreadsheets and company databases Make outbound calls to property owners, introducing our company and setting appointments for discussions with the manager Pre-screen property owners to ensure interest and alignment before scheduling meetings Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to build rapport Track progress, results, and key metrics for review Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Background in real estate, property management, or acquisitions Familiarity with CRM tools or property data platforms Previous experience setting appointments or working in phone-based sales/lead generation Experience in data gathering, research, or lead generation (real estate experience is a plus) Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with property owners professionally and confidently Strong Excel skills for organizing and tracking property and lead information Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Positive, professional demeanor and persistence in outreach Benefits Independent Contractor Perks: Permanent Work from Home Immediate Hiring Steady Freelance Job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
