Role reports to: Global Head of Compensation Location: Latin America, Colombia, Distrito Capital de Bogota, Bogota Work Location: Hybrid What you will do Senior Manager, Global Compensation Design The Senior Manager, Global Compensation Design plays a strategic role in shaping the future of global compensation programs. This position focuses on developing and designing compensation strategies that align with business goals, talent priorities, and market trends. The role requires strong consultative capabilities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of global compensation principles. It is not focused on operational execution, but rather on guiding the direction and innovation of compensation frameworks across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of global compensation strategies that support talent attraction, retention, and engagement. - Partner with HR and business leaders to create innovative compensation programs aligned with organizational goals and values. - Analyze global market trends and benchmarking data to inform strategic compensation decisions. - Provide expert consultation on compensation design for Vicepresident and below positions, and broad-based programs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation strategies are integrated with broader Total Rewards and business initiatives. - Offer thought leadership on global compensation programs and frameworks. - Guide the evolution of compensation governance, ensuring alignment with compliance and best practices. - Support the selection and management of external vendors for compensation-related services. - Mentor and advise compensation team members to build strategic capabilities and design expertise. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8–10 years of experience in compensation, with a strong focus on strategy and program design in a global context. - Proven ability to develop and implement global compensation programs. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - Strategic mindset with consultative skills to influence and guide stakeholders. - Proficiency in English is a must, as the role involves articulating complex compensation strategies and collaborating with global partners. - Experience with compensation plan methodologies and design. - Solid understanding of the full compensation program lifecycle.
