Job summary As a Cloud AI Consultant in Google's Professional Services Organization (PSO), you will serve as a versatile and strategic technical expert and trusted advisor to our most strategic customers, helping them turn their goal into reality. You will solve business problems by guiding the strategy, architecture, and implementation of solutions across the full spectrum of artificial intelligence. Responsibilities - Serve as a trusted technical advisor, assessing customer needs to define optimal AI architectures. Lead engagements and manage the deployment of cloud AI solutions using Google's best practices. - Architect and implement multi-step Agentic AI workflows using LangChain and Vertex AI. Lead the technical design and integration of Google CCAI components into modern contact center platforms. - Guide customers on the end-to-end machine learning life-cycle, including data preparation in BigQuery, model validation, and establishing machine operations best practices for scalable operations on Google Cloud. - Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and reusable assets for the broader organization. - Manage project scope, priorities, and timelines with Sales, Partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
