The UNMAS Colombia Programme provides technical assistance to strengthen Colombia's humanitarian mine action sector and its impact on affected communities. This includes coordinating the mine action Area of Responsibility within the humanitarian system, supporting the protection cluster and other forums, aiding in the reintegration of former FARC-EP combatants through employment in mine action, and promoting regional coordination and integration of mine action efforts. As Programme Assistant you support UNMAS as follows: Draft and support reporting, budgeting, and project proposal preparation; Manage monitoring and evaluation data and reporting tools; Document and share lessons learned and best practices across projects; Support communications, visibility efforts, and event organization; Assist in inter-agency coordination and resource mobilization activities; Etc.
