Job Description: GBT Logistics & Packaging Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Customer Service Clerk to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and accurately entering customer orders into our extensive Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring smooth and timely processing. In addition, this role will require coordinating customer transfers and service requests in collaboration with our in-house Logistics Customer Service team, maintaining strong communication to deliver the highest level of service to our clients. This is a remote position with opportunities to support our growing logistics operations across Canada and the U.S. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and review customer orders via email, phone, or electronic systems. - Enter orders accurately into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). - Coordinate transfers and order-related requirements with in-house Logistics Customer Service. - Monitor and track order progress, ensuring timely fulfillment. - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. - Maintain accurate records of communications, orders, and updates. - Support problem resolution for customer service or logistics-related issues. - Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure smooth order flow. Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse administration preferred. - Strong computer skills with the ability to work within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - High attention to detail and organizational ability. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated and reliable for remote work. - Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is an asset.
