Key Responsibilities 1. Job drafting - Draft job openings for LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms. - Customize postings for both client and internal positions. 2. Candidate screening & shortlisting - Review CVs and portfolios according to each Job Description. - Conduct pre-screen interviews to validate skills, cultural fit, and language proficiency. - Coordinate technical tests when applicable. 3. Candidate database management - Keep recruitment channels up to date. - Maintain and organize a database of pre-screened candidates by key areas. 4. Recruitment process administration - Prepare weekly progress reports. - Maintain clear communication with candidates. - Coordinate interview schedules with clients and internal teams. 5. Employer branding support - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Bloom Digitals as an employer of choice. - Suggest improvements to job descriptions and hiring campaigns. Must-have skills & experience - Experience: 2+ years in recruitment (agencies, outsourcing, or in-house HR). - Languages: Advanced English (C1). - Proficiency with job boards and recruitment tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Clear and professional communication. - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (clients & internal teams). - Familiarity with Google Workspace, Wrike, and Slack. Nice-to-have - Experience in creative or technology-related recruitment. - Background in employer branding or candidate sourcing for niche roles. Ready to join us?
