Position Title: Sales / Acquisitions Associate Shift: 100% Remote — Must be available between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday and every other Saturday until 1 PM. Compensation: Hourly + Commission Reports To: CEO / COO Key Responsibilities 1. Lead & Pipeline Management - Respond promptly to all inbound leads (phone, email, web form, referrals) and follow up without delay - Proactively prospect via outbound calling and digital outreach to fuel your pipeline - Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce—logging every interaction, note, and status 2. Client Qualification & Engagement - Conduct qualification calls and video meetings to uncover seller motivations and property details - Build rapport remotely, ask targeted questions, and overcome objections - Negotiate mutually beneficial offers and move deals efficiently through each stage 3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Coordinate virtually with the acquisitions team, operations, and leadership to keep deals on track - Attend remote team meetings, trainings, and special projects to sharpen your skills 4. Administrative Excellence - Close contracts in a timely manner—prepare paperwork and ensure accuracy - Communicate efficiently with all parties (sellers, teammates, contractors) to prevent delays Qualifications & Skills - 1–3 years of sales or acquisitions experience (real estate or B2C preferred) - Fluent English speaker with minimal accent—clear and confident - Exceptional rapport-building skills; comfortable speaking with homeowners on the phone - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets—remote experience preferred - Expert phone and video-conference presence; skilled in setting/closing appointments - Highly organized with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities - Salesforce CRM or similar experience preferred - Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, dependable, with strong financial drive - Core values: Integrity, Collaboration, Respect, Customer Focus, and Growth Mindset - Application Requirement: Upload a 30–60 sec video or audio clip introducing yourself and explaining why you’ll excel in this role What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission - Clear path to growth and leadership roles - Hands-on virtual training in acquisitions and negotiations - A collaborative, mentor-driven culture—even from home To Apply: Please include resume and your 30–60 sec video/audio clip Job Types: Full-time, Commission Expected hours: 45 per week Application Question(s): - This is a 45-hour/week, fully remote role supporting U.S. clients. Your set schedule will fall within the 9 AM–8 PM Eastern Time window, and you’ll be asked to work a few hours every other weekend.
