Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consumer team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The position involves supporting insurance operations, including quoting, issuing policies, processing renewals, analyzing policies, and providing excellent customer service to clients and internal teams. We will count on you to: Quote, issue, and generate billing processes for insurance policies Analyze policies and process renewals efficiently Respond to client inquiries and support operational or technical requests from sales teams Update systems and manage written customer requests related to insurance procedures Support operations for Panama as needed What you need to have: Technical or technological training, or a professional degree 1-2 years of experience in insurance (life, health, auto, general) or financial customer service (banks) Knowledge of insurance processes and customer service functions in insurance or financial services Intermediate Excel skills (or similar tools) Critical thinking and strong customer service orientation What makes you stand out: Experience with insurance software or systems Fluency in English (preferred but not required) Knowledge of insurance terminology and operations Why join our team: We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
