What we’re looking for Must-have: 5+ years of professional backend development experience, ideally in Python Proven experience implementing APIs and high-traffic backend systems using frameworks like FastAPI In-depth familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph: orchestration, stateful agents, and multi-agent workflows Experience with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant), building ingestion pipelines, document retrieval, and fallback logic Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, and ideally Kubernetes/Terraform or other DevOps tooling Strong debugging, optimization, and production troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working across disciplines Advanced English (B2 or higher) Nice to have: Previous experience in healthcare-related projects Familiarity with scalable cloud architectures What we offer: Permanent contract Learning and continuous growth environment Benefit package focused on health and well-being Competitive salary based on your experience Apply only if you reside in Colombia At Source Meridian, you’ll be part of one of the best tech-health companies!
