We're looking for an experienced sales manager to build and manage a team of Spanish speaking sales reps who will be selling health supplements to the Latino community in the United States. They will only sell in Spanish. You will have warm leads from supplement company generated from TV, magazine, and local advertisements and online marketing campaigns. Leads are handled via inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, SMS. You will have total responsibility for the performance of the team, including hiring, training, and managing the team. You will grow a team of 12 sales reps with the opportunity to grow more. You will have 2 supervisors reporting directly to you who will assist you in managing the team.
