Job Overview: We seek a proactive, bilingual Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to support a real estate agent who deals with highly time-sensitive and emotionally charged leads. Your mission is to initiate contact with homeowners, identify motivation or urgency to sell, and either qualify the lead to pass it on to the agent or set the appointment directly when appropriate. This is not just a calling job. We’re looking for someone who can think fast, adapt scripts on the fly, and detect opportunities even in difficult conversations. Key Responsibilities: - Place high-volume outbound calls to property owners, especially in pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, auction pipelines, or other distressed scenarios. Use proven scripts to engage, qualify, and identify motivation while remaining empathetic to the client’s situation. - Set appointments directly on the realtor’s calendar or pass on warm leads that meet qualification criteria. - Record all interactions and notes in the CRM with accuracy and attention to detail. Handle objections with confidence and escalate potential high-priority leads to the realtor. - Collaborate with the agent and internal team to refine outreach strategies based on real-time feedback. Qualifications: - Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales (real estate experience preferred but not required).
