Sole responsibility for leading end to end reporting partnering directly with Vision Care FP&A.; - The position is the authority of the actuals, passionate about business understanding and cross-process coordination of the (US GAAP) Bravo financial results for External Reporting, driving balanced collaboration with Business Unit Finance, Corporate Services and Global Services Finance - The Lead Analyst provides trusted business partners, across all levels, with the crucial Controllership Services that Enable Transformations, maintain E2E Accounting Oversight and Influence Financial Decisions. Key Responsibilities This person will be responsible for providing direct financial leadership to the US/Canada Vision Care organization. This individual would have active ownership for actuals reporting of US/Canada balance sheet and P&L.; - Responsible for coordinating and facilitating financial statement reviews Vision Care BUF and FP&A;, as well as, leading pre-close meetings, quarterly balance sheet reviews - Lead the analysis and presentation of US and Canada Balance Sheets and CAPEX to Vision Care Leadership (Commercial, R&D; and Supply Chain) - Responsible for approvals for 'actuals' submissions and various SOX controls process (e.g BVA02, Risk Assessment) and partner with PWC, GAA and Compliance to satisfy audit requests and maintain a strong compliance environment - Face of Global Services Finance; be a link between Business Unit Finance (BUF) and GS Global Process Teams - Budget vs Actuals creation, alignment and coordination for commentary and approval - Provide financial leadership and business partner/decision support for various projects and initiatives - Influence and work closely with business unit finance (BUF) and Global Service Finance on joint goals and objectives The position will report to the Manager Vision Care CFM and will work directly with Vision Care leadership in all functions. Qualifications: - Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial and accounting roles, presenting financial information to senior-level stakeholders. - Solid experience in financial statement analysis. - Advance english level, capable of reading, interpreting, and communicating effectively in a professional setting. - SAP FI experience, Office tools intermediate, Power BI. - USGAAP – IFRS Experience is a MUST. - Financial Control, Compliance and Risk Management (Clear Strength) - Trusted Business Partner (Clear Strength) - Business acumen (Clear Strength) - One year of leadership experience is required. - Strategic Leader (Emerging Strength) - Strategic talent mindset (Emerging strength) - The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required. - Must work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle several tasks simultaneously. - This position is based in Bogota, Colombia and may require up to 10% of travel.
