Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content that drives traffic and visibility. Lead Generation and Conversions: Develop and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads and convert them into customers. Email Marketing and Automation: Build and manage automated email campaigns to nurture leads and support webinar promotion and execution. AI and Productivity Tools: Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to improve efficiency in content creation and campaign management. Collaboration and Reporting: Work independently or coordinate with consultants to ensure campaign success, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management. Essential skills and experience: Proven experience in social media marketing management (FB, IG, LinkedIn). Ability to grow traffic, followers, and engagement. Knowledge of email marketing tools. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Analytical capacity to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities. ️ Desirable skills: Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools. Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
