Personnel Administration: Reporting of payroll updates, processing of non-statutory benefits, supervision of social security reporting, and resolution of issues related to personnel management. Labor Compliance: Preparation and updating of legal documentation, management of employee and former employee records, and identification and correction of potential legal non-compliance. Other Tasks: Selection and negotiation of HR vendors, visa processing and hiring of expatriates ensuring compliance with immigration requirements, evaluation of probationary periods, follow-up on employee performance evaluations, and compliance with SENA quota requirements.
