Location: This position is remote within Colombia Program Management. Program management oversees day-to-day project activities, including management of the internal team and client communication. They’re also responsible for resourcing and financial reporting across the program. Program management has unique autonomy to be strategic and drive decision making. They’re there from start to finish. Ultimately, program management is the hub that’s holding everything together. Huge is looking for an Associate Director, Program Delivery to join our Program Management team in Colombia. In this role, you will lead the delivery and overall management of a portfolio of complex client engagements, working with a team of talented, cross-discipline leads. You will serve as the focal point for tactical leadership while maintaining oversight of day-to-day project activities and Project Managers. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and team growth. What you’ll be doing. - Lead program and project management teams across your portfolio to deliver work that meets high-quality standards, client expectations, and financial targets. - Hold joint accountability with Client Partners to manage the financial healthof your portfolio, accurately forecasting performance and identifying risks. - Personally leads highly-strategic or complex programs, serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. - Partner with cross-discipline leads (Client Partnership, Technology, Creative, Strategy, etc.) to strategically grow the portfolio through innovative solutions and exceptional delivery. - Act as the escalation point internally and externally for all work within your portfolio. - Ensure programs are appropriately staffed and supported by partnering with resourcing teams and managing resource allocation. - Lead estimating and scoping efforts for new and existing clients, participating in new business pitches as a delivery expert. As well as leading the contracting process with Finance and Legal teams. - Manage a team of program and project managers (may include hierarchical management of project managers reporting to program managers within your team). - Be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and performance managing all team members, including holding structured performance reviews for all direct reports. - Practice exceptional time management as you split your focus between overseeing client work, managing strategic projects, scoping new work, and managing a team of direct reports. - Partner with Delivery Management practice leads on internal initiatives related to maturing & improving the delivery practice and its methods. - Support professional growth by modeling transparency, driving learning opportunities, and sponsoring experimentation. - Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and accountability across teams, encouraging open dialogue, constructive feedback, and shared ownership of outcomes. - Participate in growing the Delivery Management team by recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding PM job applicants What we’d like to see: - You have extensive experience in a client services organization, structuring, managing multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements with parallel and interconnected project tracks and teams. - You have a strong understanding of web, applications, and digital product development and design lifecycle. - Experience with Design Systems, and creative lifecycle is preferred. - You have the ability to focus on goals and solutions that impact both individual work streams but also the program as a whole. - You manage and set client expectations. At the end of the day, you make sure that everyone’s satisfied and put a plan in place if they’re not. - You are a mentor and manager; someone who both leads by example, while also actively fostering the talents of those working under them. - Strong appreciation for design and user experience. - You have exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence, motivate and guide your teams, clients, and Craft leads. - You have proven experience leading complex programs and multi-disciplinary teams. - You resolve conflicts constructively and drives alignment through clarity and honesty, navigating ambiguity and taking accountability for outcomes. - You foster curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning within teams. - You champion quality-first delivery and bold, impactful creative solutions. - You own project scope, ensures successful execution, and mitigates risks proactively. - You manage resources strategically, balancing staffing needs and team health. - You have experience overseeing financial performance, monitoring risks, and driving informed decision-making. - You communicate with empathy and influence, tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
