Principal Accountabilities In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Under limited supervision Perform outbound and inbound prospection, qualifying and preparing sales opportunities. Engage in cold calling to targeted account lists generating new leads. Qualify prospects and leads based on guidelines and criteria (Marketing Qualified Leads - MQLs). Process inbound prospects and leads from all sources of Epson activities. Collaborate with product, marketing & sales teams building playbooks, calling guides and lead qualification criteria. Keep abreast of product lines and industry trends and inform Epson management what may impact customers purchases. Identify and understand customer needs and provide solutions using Epson products, programs and services. Manage prospects and leads timely maintaining accurate information, notes, activities, and status. Submit weekly reports of activity and calls. Principal Skills & Knowledge +2 years of experience working in qualifying leads in contact centers or call centers. Advanced Conversational English. Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills. Motivated person, goal-oriented, and learning-oriented. Interested in the technology industry. Knowledge of digital tools such as Excel and SalesForce is desirable.
