We’re Hiring: Junior Accountant We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Junior Accountant to join our team in Colombia. You’ll play a key role in supporting daily fund reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution payments. Location options: Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga What you’ll do: - Reconcile daily distributions and redemption payments - Investigate fund settlement discrepancies and overdue payments - Generate transfers, personal distributions, and retirement plan loans - Support reconciliation between internal systems, NetSuite, and IRS records - Prepare reports on outstanding checks and assist in fund recovery What we’re looking for: ✔ 1–3 years of experience in accounting or corporate finance ✔ Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word ✔ Clear written and verbal communication in English (B2+) ✔ Experience with NetSuite or QuickBooks is a plus Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Indefinido
