We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory and contractual compliance for our BPO operations. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to industry standards, including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO27001. The Compliance Manager will work closely with the Legal, Operations, and IT Departments to maintain a robust compliance framework that protects client data, supports operational excellence, and minimizes risk. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO27001, and other applicable requirements. - Partner with Legal, Operations, IT, and HR to ensure business processes and client engagements adhere to contractual and regulatory obligations. - Lead internal compliance audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses to ensure continuous improvement and readiness for external audits. - Monitor and assess regulatory changes affecting our clients' operations, and update compliance frameworks accordingly. - Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters with internal teams. - Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance requirements, data privacy, and information security protocols. - Investigate compliance incidents and breaches, document findings, and oversee remediation efforts. - Prepare compliance reports, certifications, and documentation required by clients and regulators. - Support due diligence and onboarding of new clients, ensuring compliance standards are met. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Minimum 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within a BPO, healthcare, or financial services environment. - Strong knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO27001, and other relevant regulatory frameworks. - Proven ability to manage compliance programs, policies, and audits in a high-volume, client-facing environment. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulations to diverse stakeholders. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
