Job summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead sales and business development across the Andean region (Ecuador, Peru, Colombia). This remote role focuses on expanding the company's footprint by managing key accounts and driving new business opportunities across pet, swine, aqua, and poultry markets. Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategies for the company's hydrolysed proteins and palatants portfolio across the Andean region. - Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities. - Provide technical and commercial support to clients, ensuring strong product positioning and customer satisfaction. - Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to deliver actionable insights. - Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure customer-focused solutions. - Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings. Desired requirements - Proven B2B sales or commercial experience within the animal nutrition market (pet, swine, aqua, poultry). - Preferred: Prior experience selling hydrolysed proteins and/or palatants. - Education: Degree in Animal Nutrition, Zootechnics, Food Engineering, or Veterinary (or a closely related field). - Strong understanding and network within the Andean feed and pet food industries. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote role and travel regularly within the region. - Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese, English proficiency is an advantage.
