As a** Customer Service Representative**, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information across multiple channels. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining detailed records, collaborating with internal teams, and building long-term relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. - Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, troubleshooting effectively, and delivering appropriate solutions. - Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within the CRM system. - Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary. - Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. - Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions. - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain professional and empathetic under pressure. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, help desk platforms, or similar tools. - Team player with a collaborative spirit and willingness to support process improvements. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**:International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related. - **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience working in customer service with inbound and outbound calls. - **Language**: Excellent English skills.
