Role reports to: Global Benefits Solutions Leader Location: Latin America, Colombia, Distrito Capital de Bogota, Bogota Work Location: Hybrid What you will do This position reports to Global Benefits Solutions Leader and is based at Bogota Colombia. What you will do The Benefits Solutions Analyst is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of health & insurances, retirement plans and leaves programs to Kenvuers: Key Responsibilities - Provide benefits operations support on a day-to-day basis for the Global Benefits Operations team. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefits programs in accordance with Company policies and programs. - Support day-to-day tasks, casework, initiatives, and projects. - Partner with internal business partners and third party vendors, ensure that all quality control objectives are being met. - Ensure appropriate documentation of all activities, adhering to Service Level Agreements. - Work with other internal groups and third party vendors to support technical infrastructure testing, data interfaces in/out of the system, testing strategies and execution for plan changes and reporting. - Support acquisitions, divestitures, or restructuring related to benefit programs/ /processes. What we are looking for Required Qualifications - HARD SKILLS: - 1-3 years HR Operations (health & insurances, retirement plans and leaves programs). - Advanced English - Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) - SOFT SKILLS: - Quick learning - Working independently Desired Qualifications - Benefits experience - Strong communication skills - Customer Service background - Experience in Workday, ServicesNow and other similar applications If you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.
