You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and effective solutions to their inquiries. 🔹 Responsibilities: Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Document customer interactions in the system. Follow company guidelines and service protocols. Collaborate with other teams to improve the customer experience. 🔹 Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred but not required). Problem-solving skills and empathy.
