Your mission at Alegra 🚀 The Head of Product leads a high-performance team to design, deliver, and scale products that fuel sustainable user and revenue growth across our global SaaS platform. What will be your challenges? 🎯 Translate company vision into a clear product strategy, OKRs, and outcome-based roadmaps. Balance tech-debt, user value, and commercial impact to ship the right things at the right time. Coach Product Owners and cross-functional squads, building an environment of accountability, feedback, and growth. Champion experimentation, AI/ML initiatives, and customer discovery to unlock new revenue streams and superior UX. Document and communicate decisions so that engineers, designers, and business stakeholders stay fully aligned. Scale product processes and rituals that measure MRR, NDR, retention, and adoption—driving continuous improvement. Represent Product at the leadership table, influencing C-level peers with data, storytelling, and clear trade-offs. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years building digital products, including 4+ years leading product teams in SaaS or tech scale-ups. Proven record of delivering measurable business outcomes and managing multi-million-user roadmaps. Fluency in SaaS metrics (MRR, NDR, CAC : LTV) and ability to connect them with product strategy. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; comfortable translating complex ideas into actionable plans. Advanced English (C1) with outstanding written and verbal communication. High-D DISC profile complemented by either C (rigor) or I (influence); decisive yet collaborative. Passion for reading, mentoring, and continuous learning—helping teams raise the bar every quarter. Remote-leadership skills: drives autonomy, alignment, and psychological safety across time zones.
