Responsibilities: Brand Strategy and Planning - Design and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for Infinix in the local market, aligned with the brand’s global guidelines. - Develop positioning and growth plans to drive Infinix’s market share in the smartphone industry. - Manage the marketing budget, optimizing investment in campaigns, promotions, and events. - Develop brand strategy, market insights, and user research to support decisions. - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and co-branding partnerships. - Create and present proposals to stakeholders and partners. - Manage budgets and vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and quality control. - Design and implement joint marketing programs with retail channels. Product Launches and Management - Coordinate and lead the launch of new Infinix smartphone models, ensuring effective communication of features and benefits. - Oversee the creation of promotional materials, advertising, and digital content tailored for each product. - Collaborate with the global team to adapt campaigns and messaging to the Colombian market’s needs. Digital Marketing and Social Media - Design and supervise digital campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, maximizing engagement and sales. - Implement SEO, SEM, and influencer marketing strategies to boost brand visibility. - Analyze performance metrics and adjust actions to optimize results. Market Research and Analysis - Identify technology trends and consumer behavior in the smartphone sector. - Analyze direct competition (Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, etc.) and propose differentiating strategies for Infinix. - Present strategic reports to the brand’s regional and global management. Team and Partnership Management - Lead the local marketing team, fostering creativity and goal achievement. - Coordinate with the sales team to integrate commercial and marketing strategies. - Establish partnerships with mobile operators, retailers, and distributors to enhance Infinix’s presence at points of sale. Requirements: Experience - Over 4 years of experience in marketing, leading high-performing teams. - Proven track record in the technology industry, preferably in smartphones or consumer electronics. - Solid experience managing product launches and high-impact integrated campaigns. Languages - Advanced English (C1 or higher), with strong skills in writing, and negotiation Technical Knowledge - Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing strategies applied to the technology sector.
